PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from our warehouse.
- Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. If items in your order are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by e-mail.
ORDER STATUS
To check on the status of your order, email wipphsservice@outlook.com. Please include your order number, courier number and billing information. Your order number will be given to you upon completion of purchase. A courier number will be given to you via email once your order ships.
ADDITIONAL
- Standard shipping offer only applies to shipping within designated regions. Duties and taxes may be levied by shipping company upon delivery. We are required by international law to disclose the full value of all shipping contents.
- Processing and transit times are approximate. Flate rate is approximate based on the current exchange rate of your chosen currency. Shipping is subject to availability. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Return & Exchanges
- Feel the product not quite fit your home or product defect? Don’t worry, contact our customer service team via wipphsservice@outlook.com to submit your request with your order number.
- Please indicate the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reasons.
- You could submit your request within 90 days (after receive the order). We will revert within 1-3 business days. Thank you for your patience.
- We accept returns and exchanges on all items that have not been installed and with original package.
Exchange & Return Address
- Please use any shipping method most convenient for you and return your product with a paper (write your order number in your package) to our address.
- Return & Exchange requests are mostly processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your shipping info.
*Note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Buyers need pay return shipping fees.

Cancelling or Change Orders
- You cannot change or cancel your order once it has been shipped.
- If you have second thoughts, you can start Exchange or Return procedure above when your order has been delivered.
Refund Policy
- To receive your refund; all returned items must be in their original box, new condition.
- Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your refund request. We will issue the refund to your original payment account.
- Arrival time of the refund is subject to different online bank processing efficiency.
